Assuming you are waking up alone What is the first thing you do or think of when you open your eyes in the morning ...
And the last thing before sleep at night : I gaze out the window and check the weather and ocean ...then call two very excited fur babies for morning pats . At night I fall asleep to the sound of breaking surf |

First thought in the morning? I have to have a big mug of coffee and a fag first, before I can start thinking in the first place

In the evening I go to sleep with a specific meditation/visualisation, after I've done an affirmation that is.
In the morning I sit up, feet on the ground, and connect into my Earth Star chakra so I feel good and solid throughout the day :) Then I get up to have my breakfast. |

It's not what you may think either. |

The first thing I do in the morning is let my little dogs in the garden, and then put the kettle on.
Before I go to sleep I put my sound therapy on so I drift off to the sound of birds |

Each day I awaken, simply grateful to be alive.
When I close my eyes, I silently wish a prayer, that all are able to find their peace. And, there may be thoughts of a certain woman, who *may* have caught my eye. |

Wake up is straight to the bathroom. Sleep is reading when there is no one next to me. I've done a lot of reading the past couple of years.

oh, I thought the thread was about something else, strange notion of morning glory! And I will pretend I believe you honestly I don't have something that regularly is the first coming to mind when I wake up... except when I'm living a new love story, in that case it's her... |

Enjoy the quiet and feel thankful when I wake up
and when I go to sleep. |

I was kinda thinking like Luca, that this thread was about something else, haha.
Morning glory... stretching, much like a cat does when it wakes up, then a good morning smile to myself and the world. Unless the alarm wakes me up, then it's more of a growl before my good morning smile. Nighttime bliss... Reiki myself, then thank the Universe, my spirit guides, and the angels for the day and their guidance. If I had a stressful/troublesome day, I meditate on how I could have done things differently or handled a situation with a person differently... in a more peaceful loving way. |
