Feeling a tad anxious for my friend who is coming to live here from Chile. He has to quarantine for two weeks and Covid seems to be rampant in quarantine. I will be devastated if he catches it from quarantine.

Only Skype calls... Especially hard when she was going to divorce, crying, desperate, totally alone (he was deployed), and I couldn't hold her, comfort and cuddle her. To this day, 2,5 yrs since her return, I'm still ever so grateful she came home and lives in the vicinity. So I'm really happy for you! There's something special between mother and their daughters, isn't there.
