I think I will go easy tonight and get a pepperoni pizza.

Crockpot on low: Beef roast, potatoes, baby carrots and a little celery and in about 10 - 12 hours the roast will fall apart. Ooh la la!
If there's leftovers I add a couple more items and it can become soup/stew. |

I'm on the no stimulus diet... nothing over 20 cents an ounce... usually 10 to 15... actually able to get good healthy stuff but it takes some looking... and I have to be really creative with recipes
