well she is my friend and i anit going to judge her there because she had just lost a child and her dad was dieing and she was wanting attention and love and well he was the one that show her that. she is a good person she just made a mistake and now scared she will lose her child and end up in jail. There are states that do that but she dosnt know what ones and neither do i so i was just trying to help her out.

the laws regarding that kind of stuff are pretty much going to be the same all over. what they'll do is look into the history of the family, if thats ever happened before, criminal records of the family and if it looks like it was just a "mistake" then no criminal action will be taken. but i would guarentee they will want counciling and social services visits at a bare minimum.

It's been legal for awhile in west virginia. go figure, right?
be sorry all you want consequences come from choices. even if they were made in honest error. |
