why didn't I think of the fact coconut oil is like water in this heat? Having to clean it up is not funny! Huge splash on the worktop, and a whole lot on the floor and dripping down over the kitchen drawers...

And then I did it AGAIN?!!?? Wanting to fry a burger, opened the coconut oil, splat!!! Worse then earlier. All over the worktop, huge puddle on the floor, kitchen drawers dripping, and a large soaked spot on my shorts.
For a brief moment I was livid. I put the coconut oil in the fridge now. I've been using for some 6 yrs, never had this happen! |

A sign to stay out of the kitchen maybe? Just now I tripped over something and fell with my full weight against corner of the lowest kitchen cupboard block, kidney area, so not the sides, slightly to the back. It hurt like hell, still does, and I cried out really loud too. So nice to have had your back sorted... Just hope my left kidney is okay. And that I will still be able to get out of bed tomorrow. I'm not doing anything in the kitchen anymore today. |
