Topic: How Do You feel right now? - part 17 | |
---|---|
Relieved! Tooth is fixed, no anaesthetic necessary even. I DID get very dizzy for a mo as I got up, I moved to fast and my head doesn't feel too stable today as it is. But it stabilised, thank goodness, as I had to drive home. Grateful that it went fast, the other 2 sometimes painful spots aren't cavities, yippieee! And SO happy I could drive and didn't have to take the bus for this! Yay! Happy for you too My filling fell out 6 weeks ago (just after lockdown) and our dentists are all closed Ouch, that is not pleasant at all! Hopefully you're not in pain? Here they kept working but during the full lockdown only emergencies and only if you were well etc etc. Don't they do a similar thing over there? It's only since this week they're allowed to open up again, but still with precautions. Like disinfecting your hands as you come in, rinsing the mouth with disinfectant before they start, and there's a one-way policy so you cannot get out the normal way, they lead you around back to the backdoor. Anywho, I hope you can manage till you can see a dentist! |

So so chuffed with myself I have 3 x 3β wide mirrored wardrobes in my bedroom that came off the tracks weeks ago so couldnβt get access to some of my clothes. Each mirrored door is very heavy too and I tried many times to fix them but couldnβt and each night I was worried they would fall on me as they were balanced very precariously against the top rail. Anyways, I had clothes to put away and thought Iβd give it another go and I managed to suss the mechanism out and get the doors on the track again. It was tough going but I managed it. Yay! Soooo pleased. Suffice to say, Iβm no longer looking for a handyman haha. Doing a happy dance now A woman alone can always do with a handyman! Plenty of stuff to do in and around the house, and if that's finished he can entertain me. The latter provided he's smexy |

There is supposed to be centres available for those who need emergency dental treatment but theyβre not open either due to them not having enough PPE! It was on the news how one man was in so much pain, he pulled his own tooth out. If I remember correctly, he said it took him 15 hrs. Yikes |

When this dentist pulled my tooth in December a piece of one root broke off. Took him at least 15 mins to get that out. What if you have something like that when you pull your own tooth... You'd never get it out. And not enough PPE... wow... I really do hope the situation in the UK is going to improve soon!! |

The lack of PPE is a big problem in Ireland as well. We had to buy millions worth of PPE from China. And one big hospital, St. James, had to ask for donations on FB

And one big hospital, St. James, had to ask for donations on FB Apparently we have problems too with PPE. Healthcare goes through 4,5 million face masks a week and even though we very quickly got production going, these make 1 million a week. So not nearly enough. We also should get a couple million in from China. I guess China is doing good business! Peculiar thing is they are talking about FFP2 facial masks. I didn't think these were sufficient for this virus. |

Totally excited!!! I just checked if there's an update on my Tarot deck delivery, and... it should get delivered today!! Meaning Saturday, but it's just gone midnight so it says "today". Happy my Tarot deck arrived this afternoon! Finally! I first went through each of them as they are so unusual and each card has a lot of imagery and symbols.
There's 81, 3 extra not normal Tarot cards that are really nice! I had to use fanning powder on them, which is always a helluva lot of work to do, but it was necessary. And now they shuffle without sticking in clump so it was worth it! Very happy with it. |

Frisky but in a gentlemanly way. What is a gentlemanly way you ask? I ask permission first.

Starting to feel a little better. Late afternoon yesterday my stomach got upset. Not sure why but it was highly unpleasant. I was in quite a lot of pain. Energy work helped. This morning it woke me up half 7, but managed to get to sleep.
Now finally starting to feel better as I really felt like chit when I got up. |
