High, high lol....I woke up this morning and tried talking myself out of going on a run , sometimes my spinal stenosis hurts so bad I can barely stand up straight but once I hit the shower my back pain eases up and I know I have to move to get my joints moving, so I went for my run AND I went to the gym ( yeah I know I could use treadmills there but so boring!) So I am feeling good! Oh and smoking a little pot don't hurt either high high

Feeling good now that I’m making some headway glad it is going good You've been missed Thank you lovely lady I was going to send out search parties but stupid virus no one can go far So next I was looking into drones But couldn't find one to go over seas Checked into rocket's, fire signals and homing pigeons all no good long distance simplest is generally better.... message you here
