I don't like a fitness centres. I actually really seriously dislike fitness.
The only thing I do when there is keep an eye at the clock, counting minutes, seconds until I can go home again. I pretty much hate it. I go for walks as much as possible. I used to like Tai Chi as well. And I try to do my "1 mile walk" regularly, which you do at home, indoors, so it can be done regardless of the weather. |

i don't like the gym.
i get all the exercise i need by dodging the bullet and running down the boss |

Have always loved training with weights . Used to be totally addicted So much so that it became unhealthy . I now have a balanced approach To training and fitness

are usually, sickeningly, unhygienic places of filth and disgust. |

I was doing what I could in a gym for a couple of years. I had to stop when all my joint problems and arthritis got me, and that was something I was born with.

Not a gym person, but I do bikram yoga at a studio
on the regular. Love, love it! |

It's absolutely essential for my job, to keep injuries at bay. especially my core. I'm constantly yanking and pulling and lifting cumbersome objects at weird angles.
