There is no middle ground in being a racist...

Ya. Either you are or not

It's what I am saying brother.. Some people are blind to fact that they really are, and there ain't no hiding it, no matter how subtle..

It's just that other people judge and label you a racist when you truly are not.
Example... I have nothing against people from other countries, religions, and so on. But I do not agree that they all should come here and drain our system. That is NOT racist, yet many see it that way. But I have nothing against these people. I don't want a relationship with someone from another race/culture/religion. Not because I have something against any of those, but because I know it doesn't work with me as it'd bring too many changes that I'm not willing to implement. It's knowing who I am, what I need, what I stand for. Not racism. Yet many will see it that way when mentioned. That's the problem with so called racism. It's gone too far. You cannot say anything anymore or you're a racist. |

Hmmm.. We each have a preference, and that's yours, some things said in that context are nothing but racism in my opinion.

There are always going to be racist !

In my opinion, people drawvarious lines with racism. So when they make a negative opinion about racism they quickly back away from it and say i meant this, i meant that...(the things they drew the line upon racism)

There are always going to be racist ! Yes, and they should be exposed as such where ever they raise they're ugly heads.. Education and mutual respect are the key in my opinion.. |

I'm a racist for sure.
I only want to have intimacy with members of the human race, specifically Homo sapiens sapiens, and even then only with females. Sure other races have their place in the great scheme of things, but I prefer humans. |

If I dislike someone, it's because that's how they strike me. The problem is usually Ethos but never Ethnos.

If I discriminate against someone because of their social or economic status, is that racist?
If I discriminate against you because of your morality, is that racist? If I discriminate against you for your sexual orientation, is that racist? In my opinion, you are only a racist if you discriminate on the basis of skin color or race. All the other factors while being discriminatory are not racist based! |

When and where I grew up (Bay Area, California) it mostly did not exist as everyone was the same. I might have said none at all but then I remember my Father telling a joke about black people when he bought a new Cadillac ("What do 9 out of 10 Cadillac owners say?" - "Man, those white boys make a fineeee looking car") and I recall at the time how much it bothered me (and why I remember it to this day) and I just stared at my Dad..I was very young, pre-teen..but I felt the impact, and the..wrongness of it. 'Amos & Andy' the first black TV show, we watched every night as my Dad mimicked the accents. I laughed because they were funny..the wife's name on it was 'Ruby Begonia' which the man used every time he addressed her hahahaha I think racism is passed down, most stupid things are. They say the best example..is a bad one. I agree. Ignorance is no excuse. Just the reason. |

You cannot say anything anymore or you're a racist. You saying there is a fine line between racism and preference? At least it seems to me I think it's more to do with not being happy with how the country is run and what's allowed, how our systems are drained by certain people, the effect of such people coming in at the thousands etc. That has NOTHING to do with their colour of skin or race nor with me having anything against these people on a personal level. Racism to me is hating people because of their race, religion, skin colour. I am not like that. I love different cultures and people, some more than others. I have lived among other cultures, even contemplated permanently staying with a tribe of a totally different culture and race. I've been in the situation of being totally in love with someone from another culture and race. I have been with a man from another Western culture for 10 years. That's how I learnt what it requires to be in such a relationship, and he was also white, also Western, just from another country. I'm not willing to go there again, not anymore. Been there, done that. So it has nothing whatsoever to do with racism. I also wouldn't have a problem with other races and religions coming here if government would only allow in what is possible for the country to handle. As it is now WE are getting discriminated. And that's not right, you could even call that racism. The problem is that no one considered anti-race, skin colour and religion to be racism or discrimination when you're white. |
