Do you care about clothes? Can you dress down and up, depending on the day/ occasion.
I tend to wear sporty clothes, no make up, because that is how I am comfortable day to day.
But I love dressing up, make up, dresses, heels to go out.

Do guys care about clothes or not?
How do you women dress?

What is your style?

I don't have a style. I dress for my own comfort. Jeans and t-shirts in warmer weather . sweaters and flannel shirts when colder. You will never see me in a dress and heels.

Were you a tomboy as a child?

I was not a tomboy as a child. I did have a lot of operations on my legs and many scars. My ankles and knees are very ugly. All the joints in my legs are not stable. I prefer to wear jeans anyway.

Thanks, Ladywind. This is not about me. I am interested to know what everyone's style is about.

Coldersky, I did have a hip operation when I was 14. It was maybe a little different from yours.

Mostly jeans, sweaters, T-shirts. I like to be comfortable and warm.
Hardly ever dresses, skirt only when I go out and if I feel like it.
In day to day life skirts & dresses are annoying, like when you have to cycle or decide you want to work in the garden.

Mostly casual and for comfort. When I'm home, I wear leggings and a t-shirt or pj's, usually pj's, haha. When I'm out, jeans and a sweater, it's cold right now. In the summer, I like capris and either a tank top or a nice sleeveless top. I don't usually dress up. I will on occasion, but I never wear heels. They aren't comfortable and hurt my feet.

I'm just now starting to care about clothes again, I didn't for quite a while, so this coming winter I'll be working on adding to my wardrobe, and changing or acquiring a style for myself. I do notice a difference in how I feel according to how I dress. Having been displaced after the hurricane a couple years ago, I downsized significantly and pretty much all I owned (clothes and personal items) fit in two suitcases. So my wardrobe consisted of only clothes that were interchangeable for work and play.

I don't feel comfortable in clothes that don't give a little, which is why I usually get in jammies when I get home, much more comfy. But they make me a little too relaxed mentally, haha. So I'm thinking more leggins and knits tops to wear around the house, comfortable, but dressed in clothes that will make me feel more feminine and mentally awake.

Who knows, maybe by springtime I'll have a whole new look and a whole new attitude.

I only do jeans and sneakers on Casual Friday at work, but not even then if I'm going out after work. Weekend can be sweat pants for running errands but meeting friends, means dressing up(not heels unless I'm getting a ride). No makeup or hair styling at all, always in a braid or bun or headband when it's just loose. One thing I never leave the house without is earrings. Could be a snowstorm where I have to be completely bundled up and wearing Frankenstein snow boot, but underneath all my huge Antarctica coat hood and scarf I got my Swarovski Crystal dangling earrings on.

I have different clothes for work and private. Lots of football jerseys and band shirts as well. And I always visit charity shops for good bargains.

My style varies based on what I want to do and where that will be. Sport clothes with shorts, tank tops, and minimal swimwear; jeans, boots, and a work shirt for physical labor; suit or tux for more formal occasions; slacks and dress shirt for less formal occasions.

I'm a very casual person and have never felt comfortable in heels, polished nails, or obvious makeup.
