the more you grow up the more you get more responsibility
so how do you handle it with getting upset with your mind and soul? |

It's a good thing, so what could be the problem...?

I don't know, honestly.
In some ways I very responsible, and in other ways very neglectful, in important ways. My professional life, and finances are in tip-top condition. On track to retire early with the amounts I am able to save and invest. So far I have been pretty good with only a few mistakes learning to work the market. But also I work too much and when I am not working I drink too much. When I finally get off the road for a few days its bottoms up! When I am on the road I do not drink a drop, so don't worry there. Like most truckers, I am a professional. I still have a lot to learn and a lot to work on, for sure. My job saves me from myself and keeps me in check. I can't retire right now because in a lot of ways I am not very disciplined, but my job keeps me in line. |

I have a big responsibility since I was 16 and until now. most of the time I feel so tired.

When somebody tries to hand me a bunch of responsibility, I tell them to keep it. My mind and soul are very much at peace.

I get down on myself more then... anyone else can be disappointed with me ... I get so angry at myself for feeling stupid... for making the same mistake twice... mainly why did I not ...learn from the first one ... I wish I new the answer ... I should but don't errrr... |

Maybe not according to everyone, but you have found away to make things work for you. And that's really all that matters. |

I'm with you there Rock'. Grow smart, don't grow 'up'.
I should be a factory manager, with high paid responsibilities, but prefer to be able to go home and forget that work and all that B S even exists. I am a responsible gun owner, and car driver though. |

P. S. very irresponsible on my motorbike though!

I resort to morning affirmations and a mindset of getting the responsibilities 'over with' from day to day, so I can get to my relax and breathe time.

I've had tons of responsibility weighing me down for years. Now, I'm trying to lighten the load and I am going back to my childhood ways. It's great. |

Hi

I suppose you handle it by seeing it positive. If you have responsibility it also means you have choices and with that a say in how things go.
A life without responsibilities may seem great but it also means another / others are controlling your life. It isn't that black & white of course, but I do think if you got your chit together that responsibilities don't weigh on you or not so much. If they do you may have some work cut out for you. |

I simplify my life and get less unnecessary responsibilities.
Then I have more chance to focus on the important ones. Just be thankful if you have the chance to fulfill the important ones. |

I would like to learn how to discuss these issues in my next relationship. Ideally she can help me be a, man of my word.
