Well at least you know how to cook it better next time Definitely, and thinking about it it was nice. Probably wrap it up better so it's more sealed and add a small amount of water so in effect your steaming it. I've frozen the other half |

Hi soufie. Zucchini, maybe it's Spanish or Italian decent? Anyway, got some great recipes from here. Thanks for them Yes, it's a good old film. You'll need an ice cold beer by the end BTW I make stuffed zucchini 'slippers' as they are called.. cheeses, breadcrumbs, an egg to bind, baked..real pretty too ;-) |

Was thinking stuffed with sausage, ground beef , chicken, or steak, put some shredded cheese on top the last few minutes just to melt it.. add some Cajun spices to it .... |

Pig's blood and fat with a few secret herbs added It sounds disgusting but it's actually great, especially just out of the pot of boiling water and spread with mustard from Bury Outside Market.
Well OMG that sounds nasty ;-) |

We've always used grated zucchini to make bread and cake, just wondering if you can also use marrows in the same way?

Well OMG that sounds nasty ;-) I'm not a fan of it but it is popular especially on a full English breakfast You don't know how bad we've had it over here Using blood and left overs. having to stuff a big vegetable, boiling chicken carcass for soups, the list goes on |
