Double standard perhaps, but not hypocritical.

What does it signify exactly? It is simply an emoticon to use or not use. To me, it signifies a playful personality who wants to not be too familiar with 'hug', but more assertive than a 'nudge'.

Kick in the butt, seems a wee more polite, than a 'Dope Slap' nudge would be. Although, a 'dope slap' emoji, could prove a little too useful in the forums.
