It definitely works, I used to do it a long time ago but forgot about it. @ Two... yes, I've tried that too, drinking water upside down is more fun though Well next time do that in front of me so I can stare at your *** as you do it. Careful, the excitement might give you the hiccups

Feeling good just got home with a few groceries...it's always a nice feeling to stalkup your cupboards.. not so great packing them in from the car though..lol

Good! The front room upstairs is beginning to look like something again :) It was crammed with empty boxes, and whatnot. Still have to dump most, but my daughter picked up her old doll house so now there was more space and I felt inspired to do some cleaning and reorganizing there. Feel good!!
