Iโm terrified of even thinking about traveling on an airplane |

Iโm terrified of even thinking about traveling on an airplane I've noticed I get more afraid of flying since I've gotten a wee bit older. Like many things become a tad more scary, hihi. The US jetplane from Houston to Pensacola was the worst. Held together with ducttape on the inside, which made you wonder about the outside One aisle and one exit only, so if something happened ppl -incl me- couldn't get out. It clearly was ancient, the way the whole thing moved, eeewwww... Yet, the Americans didn't bat an eyelid When 20, I was in an older propeller plane going over vast rainforest of Irian Jaya for a few hours and didn't care, hihi. |

Well most of us Americans have watched MacGyver... We know and trust how well Duct Tape works. Just teasing... I imagine that would have been a tad bit scary. :) OT... I still love traveling on an airplane, I've been doing it since I was 8 yrs old.... I still get just as excited now as I did when I was a child, haha. |

I used to love flying as well but then it was always good airliners like KLM, once Singapore Airlines (the best!!), but also Garuda (Indonesian Airlines) a lot. Always good. But now apparently planes are built cheaper, chairs are smaller, more rows so more passengers and the sound insulation is crap. In the last flight to the US (US Airliner, United I think) you couldn't even have a conversation. Instead you needed earplugs to protect your ears, haha. I never had that experience in the past. Not sure if all airliners are that crap, but that one was for sure! |

PS I always got excited too, in a way still do ifever I get to fly. But I've mostly been on longer flights, like 18 hrs, as I lived in Jakarta at the time. Then you're very glad to get off the plane, get home and have a long refreshing shower!
Take off is always the best of it all!!! |

@ Crystal... Yes, the poor quality of materials and labor sometimes concerns me as well. In my travels over the last two years, I found Delta to have the better quality planes and bigger seats. Some of the others give you a feeling of being like sardines packed in a can, haha.
I try not to think about what could or might go wrong, so not to feed that energy into manifestation. I like the take off feeling too. :) |

I like the take off feeling too. :) On my way home from the US, after the horrible jetplane, haha, I was waiting for my plane home at Houston airport. I wanted to have the row to myself so I wouldn't have to arm wrestle with a stranger for 10 hours to be able to rest my arm (I have to due to my neck). Plus, after falling out with my girl, I was dead tired and wanted to lie down and sleep for a bit. I could see my plane, so I looked at it and began visualising my row being empty, kept holding that image, feeling what it'd be like etc. Finally, when in my seat, I was a bit nervous as more and more people got in. But... I had the entire row to myself while the rest of the plane was packed!! |

But... I had the entire row to myself while the rest of the plane was packed!! Nice, I love when that happens. Several of my flights were like that. I've been flying on Southwest airlines the last few times, no luggage fees, but much more difficult to get seats to yourself, they are generally sold out. I'll have to practice the visualizing technique for my return to New Hampshire. |

And although I know LoA works really well, I am still surprised each time I get proof it works, hihi. |

@ Crystal and River.... thanks for sharing your stories! Perhaps someday Iโll be able to travel via airplane if itโs not too far! I think I would be ok if my husband is with me. Heโs been traveling from Texas to here for many years |
