I never believed her. One day sitting on her porch I hear "how rrr ya" no kidding. I'm like looking for a person and here sits this crow

I think I have a sinus infection... This should help Garlic and echinecea... Use the combo for 10 days. Garlic is a natural antibiotic that kills both viral and bacteria infections. Echinecea helps with upper respiratory infections and boosts your immune system. I'm pretty sure you already know about these, but just in case I thought I'd mention it. Hope you feel better

I normally eat a clove of raw garlic a day with bok choy. Havent done it for weeks. I can tell a huge difference. Im thankful you mentioned it. I needed the reminder.
