Donald Trump has been tied to a federal crime by prosecutors. Can a president be indicted?

"Prosecutors have tied Donald Trump to a federal crime for the first time, accusing him of directing illegal hush-money payments to women during his presidential campaign in 2016".

New York Attorney General Opens Investigation of Trump Projects

"The New York attorney general’s office late on Monday issued subpoenas to Deutsche Bank and Investors Bank for records relating to the financing of four major Trump Organization projects and a failed effort to buy the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League in 2014, according to a person briefed on the subpoenas".

The inquiry opens a new front in the scrutiny of Deutsche Bank, one of the few lenders willing to do business with Donald J. Trump in recent years. The bank is already the subject of two congressional investigations and was examined last year by New York banking regulators, who took no action.

http://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/11/nyregion/deutsche-bank-trump.html

Think about the highlighted sentence and ask yourself. Why? Why is this bank just about the only one that will do business with him? What has he done in his business dealings that would make many banks not want to do business with him?

About the only thing, I can think of, all his bankruptcies. Failure to pay back the loans. Which gives a pretty good explanation of why he is in bed with Putin. His own son said,

ERIC TRUMP: “WE HAVE ALL THE FUNDING WE NEED OUT OF RUSSIA”

"According to a Boston radio interview with golf journalist James Dodson, Eric Trump tells Dodson that Trump golf courses heavily relied on funding from Russia. Eric Trump denies this allegation".

http://themoscowproject.org/collusion/eric-trump-funding-need-russia/

This has already been proven as true.

Donald Trump's Many, Many, Many, Many Ties to Russia

"Russian intelligence agencies have allegedly recently digitally broken into four different American organizations that are affiliated either with Hillary Clinton or the Democratic Party since late May. All of the hacks appear designed to benefit Donald Trump’s presidential aspirations in one fashion or another".

http://time.com/4433880/donald-trump-ties-to-russia/

So, to say that Pelosi is stepping back because they have nothing on Trump, that's just not true. They have a LOT on Trump. Pelosi is not a dummy. You don't get where she is by being a dummy. I think she knows more than she lets on. She's holding back.

We will find out in the end I guess.

In 420-0 vote, House says Mueller report should be public

"WASHINGTON (AP) — The House voted unanimously Thursday for a resolution calling for any final report in special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation to be made public, a symbolic action designed to pressure Attorney General William Barr into releasing as much information as possible when the probe is concluded".

Senate votes to block Trump's 'emergency' at border; veto looms

The Latest: Trump's reaction to Senate vote? 'VETO!'

"President Donald Trump has one thing to say after the Republican-led Senate voted to block his national emergency declaration for border wall funding: "VETO!"

Trump tweeted the one-word response Thursday after the Senate voted 59-41 in favor of a resolution to block the measure. A total of 12 Republicans voted with Democrats to rebuke the president".

http://www.yahoo.com/news/latest-trump-issues-veto-threat-over-border-resolution-112720549--politics.html

The ONLY national emergency that America faces is the Trump presidency and Trump's attempts to turn our constitutional democracy into an authoritarian dictatorship. Once the legislative process and vote overrides Trump's declaration and Trump vetoes it, then the legal challenges will begin in the courts, tying up Trump's border wall in the courts for months, if not years, to come, and you can bet that any appropriated money that Trump shifts from departments to fund his border wall will see those departments lose that amount of funding in next year's budget, regardless of what Trump is asking for in his budget proposal, which includes draconian cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, which will.doom both Trump and the GOP in the 2020 elections.

We will see how many Republican senators stand up for the constitution and how many for Trump. Remember, this is not about the wall, it is about whether a president, any president, can declare a national emergency when Congress does not give them what they want. Think ahead. This has huge ramifications.

George Conway Urges ‘Serious Inquiry’ Into Trump’s Mental Health After Latest Lie

George Conway, an attorney and the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, is calling for a “serious inquiry” into President Donald Trump’s “condition of mind.”

Conway, a persistent Trump critic despite his wife’s position in the administration, slammed the president’s “brazen, pathological mendacity” for lying over even mundane matters.

“Even his donors and supporters wonder, what is wrong with him?” Conway wrote. “Why would he feel compelled to tell such an absurd lie?”

Conway’s first tweet linked to a clip in which Trump suggested that District Judge Amy Berman Jackson found “no collusion” in sentencing former campaign manager Paul Manafort on Wednesday.

“I can only tell you one thing: Again that was proven today, no collusion,” Trump declared, repeating “no collusion” multiple times.

However, the judge in the District of Columbia said no such thing.

“The ‘no collusion’ mantra is simply a non sequitur,” she said, adding that “the investigation is still ongoing".

His wife is lying, talking head herself. But I like George. He tells it like it is.

What you all don't seem to get is that it's not the messenger you should be concerned with ..IT'S THE MESSAGE and what he is trying to show you..If indeed there are improprieties as far as Trump is concerned we can take care if these at a later date..we can sure see where there was no Trump Russian Collusion..no matter how they tried to make it look like there was..Right now what we need to concern ourselves with is the protection of OUR CITIZENS..

Right now we have someone in the highest office who is trying to show you how corrupt our government is at MANY levels..We need to concern ourselves with "draining the swamp" BEFORE we do anything about Trump ..if not we go right back to square one..of course this is what the Deep State wants and that's why you have seen all these false flags and assassination attempts..right back to square one under their corrupted control..

We need to stem the flow of illegals entering into our country and supported by our tax dollars..we need to LIFT UP OUR PEOPLE from the streets and use OUR money for OUR PEOPLE ..FIRST..

We can see the corrupted ones are not going to help us with the border if for nothing else it would give Trump a win and a better chance at 2020..they would rather RISK our safety to insure this doesn't happen..think not ..think about how corrupt they were to RIG an election and then attempt a coup when they lost..spock

DON'T KILL THE MESSENGER..pay attention to the message..

Here is the thing I don't get. IF I am boasting how well a student I am, WHY do I want to hide my grades? If I am boasting I have no criminal guilt or suspicion, WHY would I hide the reports? If I claim to be financially brilliant, why NOT show the financial proof?

I am not one who believes the 'public has a right to know' stuff.

I just find it odd if an individual THEMSELF puts out a claim, why they would not be eager to show the proof, or alleged proof, of that claim.

Trump Should Pay $5.6 Million Penalty Over Charity, New York AG Says

One step closer to Communist Dictatorship.

Trump issues first veto, continuing border 'emergency'

"President Trump issued the first veto of his presidency, striking down a resolution that would have terminated his national emergency declaration diverting funding to build the wall.

The Senate voted Thursday by a margin of 59 to 41 to block Trump’s declaration that an emergency on the border with Mexico requires the construction of a wall, a project for which Congress has not appropriated money. A dozen Republicans defected and joined every Democrat in voting yes. The House previously passed the resolution last month, 245 (including 13 Republicans) to 182. Unless more Republicans defect from the president’s position, neither margin would be sufficient to override a veto".

http://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-issues-first-veto-continuing-border-emergency-195420804.html

Now, the next question is, Will the Democrats tie it up in court for the next 20 years? The next question, "What national emergency will be declared next?" And by whom?

Chris Wallace: No Way Trump Will Win In 2020 With Just His Base

"Fox News host Chris Wallace told colleague Shepard Smith on Friday that there’s no way Donald Trump can win a second term with just his base — and the president doesn’t seem to care about anyone else now.

Smith asked if Trump is simply going to “stay with the base, placate the base and forget everybody else and just figure out a way come 2020?".

http://www.yahoo.com/news/chris-wallace-no-way-trump-033845647.html

This is probably true. In 2016 the majority voted for Clinton. I believe at that time there was a subset of people that believed Trump. But unlike those die-hard Trump fans, they know they were had. The farmers for example. I look for many of them to defect more towards the left. So, with that in mind and knowing that at the time Clinton carried the popular vote, whoever runs against Trump this time has a pretty good chance of beating him. Really, a very good chance. It's really all up to the Democrats and who they choose to back. One "Trump" is enough. We get rid of this one. we don't need another one.

Which, I believe in the end will be Joe Biden. But now, that's just my thought. Because he has the most experience. But, that's still a ways off. We still have a good ways to go before the next election. I believe most of America wants Trump out of office. The majority never wanted him in the first place. But at the same time, we don't need to go all willy nilly on who we choose to take his place. We don't want to vote in another president with communist leanings that lies almost every breath and act a fool on the world stage.

Trump has done enough damage. He has opened a door now that we may not ever be able to close. One step closer to communism.
