I just had to get a Few things.
I usually grocery shop during a week day because I don't like crowds in grocery store on weekends. To my surprise is was so many people today Thursday. Even the cashier said yes, this is unusal for weekday.. But people are holiday shopping. Early. So many people were grocery shopping today . Many had baskets full of Turkey and all the Thanksgiving fixings. |

I don't have a 'day'.

There is no day I like to go grocery shopping, I don't generally like grocery shopping. I usually go every other day to get in fresh milk, catfood, fresh greens and some other things I've run out of. I don't do week shoppings anymore, haven't done for a long time.
As for other shopping, I do that whenever I feel like it and need something or want something. Mostly I buy my stuff online, clothes, books & oracle cards, graph card or external HD for PC, whatever. All online. I've come to seriously dislike clothes shopping in real physical shops. Going from one to the next, undressing to try things on, dressing, putting a truckload of clothes back, go to another shop to repeat it, another and another... Wears me out. I've got a few good shops online, I order, try stuff on in one go, send back what I don't like. So all online, except for shoes and jeans, but I don't buy those that often. |

PS must add that if I was living near Amsterdam or another city I'd prolly shop a whole lot more.
I had so much fun this afternoon, bought a couple of nice things in Amsterdam, was surprised to see how incredibly cheap it was! (not food). Over here in my area we get loads of tourists too, but it's all expensive. I guess competition is way bigger in Amsterdam. I seriously regret not getting a couple of things I saw there in this Chinese / Indian shop. Things that I'm sure would cost at least 2x as much over here. |

I DO NOT like shopping at all. If I must go it will never be on a weekend. I usually grocery shop on Tues or Wed during the day, my days off.

I used to like going on Sunday morning. Few people, and I can check out easily. Now I avoid the weekends altogether. They can't keep the shelves stocked, and the grocery stores look like locusts hit them. I know why, better jobs, better pay, and most stores are crying for shelf stockers. By about tuesday, they're caught up with it all. By friday, it all starts again.

Many experience shops right here in my city. Many people in US shop online and very common. I don't but know people that do. I do my clothes shopping on weekday as well. We have great Malls. |

What day do you like to Shop ?
Usually the day before I absolutely need something. |
|

I make a list, then wait for the flyers/sales.. one store has a 10/10 on some items..some items are buy one, get one free.. I can shop any day of the week

I usually do grocery shopping on a Tuesday (or Wednesday) as it is a quiet day for most shopkeepers as most people have done their shopping late in the week or weekends. It's usually a 120km round trip to a larger town as I live in a small town and the local grocery store is run by Chinese, they haven't got a good reputation for one thing or another.
As for other shopping I research things for awhile before buying. |

Weekends are mine to enjoy and shopping is not one of those enjoyments~~~ Same here, I don't really like to go shopping. Once in a while I see something I like and then get excited, but for the most part I prefer to do other things in my spare time. When I need to shop, I like to go when the store is the least crowded. |
