Thinking... the latest copy & paste files for scammers should be updated. I keep getting messages along the veins of "I hope it's not too embarrassing for you that I message you"

Thinking the hot springs in Alaska might not be a bad place to spend a year. Thinking how much of a blessing it is to have so many choices in life

Thank you Storm. I feel fine but just wish my ear infection would clear up flowerforyou

In capsules River? flowerforyou

You can buy them as supplements. It shouldn't effect your diabetes but it might be better to speak to a holistic doctor first. They can let you know how much and if it's okay depending on any other medications you are taking. flowerforyou

Garlic shouldn't be a problem at all, except in higher doses it will lower your blood pressure. I don't believe Echinecea should be a problem either, but it's always best to ask a professional first when it comes to herbal remedies.

Sudafed/generic - little red ones, can help with congestion in ears, too. Dose is 2, I've taken 3. Not good if you have high blood pressure. There is an equivalent with PE at the end - Sudafed/generic PE - for high blood pressure patients.

Flonase/generic, once a day, keeps sinus/ear/allergy problems at bay. It's a preventative for allergies, works better than Zyrtec, Claritin, etc.
I've used it for at least 35 yrs.

I see! I wasn't aware it was bad for diabetics, too.

Great that they aren't too often

Thinking the dishes are done, kitchen is clean, living room is organized.... hopefully it will stay this way for the next few days.

Thinking... Of course it will because I'm the only one here until Wednesday biggrin smitten

The Sedonalite (Sedona sandstone) I bought this afternoon. Wholy crap, is it strong!
I'm used to quite something, but I can safely say this is by far the most powerful crystal/stone I've ever held and had.
Just now I had it in me left hand and within 2 mins my heart went noodle-doodle noway Now there's nothing wrong with my heart, but this stone is so powerful, and activating... I'm not ever going to hold it in my left hand again, haha.
Put it on my belly, pretty soon after things started gurgling laugh
I've put it away for now.
Clearly the Sedona vortices are incredible strong!

Do gemstones like rubies, emeralds, sapphires, diamonds or yellow diamonds have any power?

Yep. I got emerald and ruby too :) Not the jeweller's quality, cannot afford that, haha.
But yes, they do have energy for sure!
