LOTS OF WORK in Trump land. I had a friend complaining to me Friday that he can't afford to pay for his kid braces. I offered him some work. He was too busy lol. I happened across a news show on tv today... they spoke about the 'Evangelical' vote in Florida and how the churches got the people out to vote and were on social media a lot as well.. and that going forward they were going to encourage more religious people to vote.. turns out it was a religious news channel..

That makes sense. I think of it this way. Advertising works or people would not pay so much money for it. and since advertising works, the people who pay for it generally place it where their base of consumers will most likely be looking.

News, as a product, does the same. Most conservative stations, with a large audience of conservative viewers will have a bit of a conservative slant and concern in their news. And the same is true of most liberal stations. I think the most reliable source, if one cannot read past the bias or filter it out themself (the presence of bias does not rule out the presence of facts as well) is the public stations which pretty much advertise to a local hodge podge of an audience who have a financial stake in their sponsorship as opposed to just big money and business.

That's not all I have. I got home about 10 minutes before my daughter. We went to dinner and did a little shopping. I just answered a friends text asking if I'm off work tomorrow. I'm not but I have Saturday and Sunday. I will work on the rental property on those days but I can still see a movie. I just won't be concerned with entitlements during an economy that has people working overtime.
Yesterday at the time clock a co-worker was teaching me how to get on disability. Dems are hilarious. She needs to work there a year to get company disability before ss kicks in. It just strengthened my belief that some people know how to work the system and it's less about health.

On Halloween I went trick or treating with my two daughters and two grandsons....after my 10 hour shift. I did have the task of driving my daughter's friend home but that is part of being an adult. When I have a day off I damn sure don't want to protest a man who is bringing back work to our country. Trump is correct when he says we need to get people working instead of being a slave to gov't

Trump cancels WW1 memorial at U.S. cemetery in France due to rain



"PARIS (Reuters) - President Donald Trump could not attend a commemoration in France for U.S. soldiers and marines killed during World War One on Saturday because rain made it impossible to arrange transport, the White House said.

The last minute cancellation prompted widespread criticism on social media and from some officials in Britain and the United States that Trump had "dishonored" U.S. servicemen.

The president was scheduled to pay tribute at a ceremony at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in Belleau, about 85 km (50 miles) east of Paris, with his wife Melania. But light steady rain and a low cloud ceiling prevented his helicopter from traveling to the site.

"(Their attendance) has been canceled due to scheduling and logistical difficulties caused by the weather," the White House said in a statement, adding that a delegation led by Chief of Staff John Kelly, a retired general, went instead".
