You said skinny dipping, I wouldn't feel comfortable most places doing that. Maybe somewhere private would be different. Ok, I was confused thinking it was your personal pool.

pool is part of common elements... hate to have private pool ... to much work !!! finding a private spot on the beach at midnight is easy .....

It really is, I had one and spent all my time cleaning it. I'm sure there's plenty of places that seem private...but you're never really alone.
