One I forgot to mention I think, which was absolutely great:
The Great Wall Set in China of course, based on a legend. I loved it! Lots of action and excitement, weird dinosaur type of creatures but way worse, haha. Good casting and setting. |

Brotherhood of the Wolf. French spoken, so you have to read the subtitles. I don't usually like that but it goes with the movie, set in 18th century France. The movie is well worth it! Good fighting scenes, waiting to finally see the beast, a bit of romance etc. |

Not sure if anyone else is following this thread, I feel it's become a real good guide to finding movies, often even ones I'd never heard of before.
Anywho, I found another one from 2005 with Ewan McGregor & Scarlet Johansen. Reviews said they didn't think much of it, but when they watched it, holy cow! Great movie! So I decided to give it a whirl, and I totally agree: Holy cow! Great movie for sure! The Island |

A nice series, 9 seasons I believe with 4 episodes each:
Vera British police series, and good ole British quality too! Set in Northumbria. Not a young sexy police officer, but an elderly lady, which makes for a nice change. Great acting, good stories so far. I only found it on one streaming site: gomovies.tube |

Into the White is a remarkably good movie! It's based on a true story which takes place during WW2. I'm never keen om WW2 movies, but this is far from your typical one.

The only good action film series that came to mind was the Bourne
Identity series. I like that. I also read the books, long before they were put into movies, and I loved the books. I have to think of action/thriller TV series. |
