According to the fact that Life is not sunshine and rainbows, Don't think that you will receive your wish and just have fun with it, No there is a price to be paid.

in order to manipulate this fact, i thought of a solution, it is to wish for paying the price which you know for sure that it will lead to your main wish

For example, instead of wishing for the most caring person on the planet..., wish for being completely dedicated person to your partner ( the price).

But just for the record, don't wish for the caring person... they're a pain in the... aaai got go right now

Wishing is a form of magical thinking ... manipulating a wish may leave you feeling unsastisfied and still craving magic.. but your suggestion may inch you closer to what you desire

If I want something, I know I have to go get it.
While some things will fall into your lap, its purely random chance.

As for other people acting as you want, you don't live behind their eyes.
They didn't fail you because they are not here to be yours to command.

I can set here and wish for anything.
I know if I don't get up and act, those wishes will never be fulfilled.
I also know that sometimes, those wishes can't be fulfilled because no action can create something that doesn't exist to manifest in front of you.
That is delusional thinking.

Consider that women do notice you and are just not interested in you.
