you would need more pics, as men ( and women) are skeptical when they see only one pic and its a head shot.

Works for me... On my way
Possibly a few more pics would help assure the male species.. We need all the assurances we can get |

It's fine, as far as it goes.
You might want to be more specific as to what you mean by "no long distance." One person's "long distance" is another person's "right around the corner." All profiles depend on your philosophy or strategy about looking for a mate. Some people believe in casting a wide net by being vague. That works as long as you are willing to tolerate getting a lot of offers you aren't interested in. At the other end, is the "be very specific" concept, where you list your interests and "turn-ons and turn offs," and then accept as a result, that you will get far fewer offers, but perhaps find more of what you do get, to be real possibilities. |

Hello sunintheeys,
Short and to the point, happy to see you set mail preferences, should cut down on the riff-raff. I notice you didn't list any interests. Interests can help you by allowing viewers to assess you better. If you choose specific interests to list, you will say much about yourself by the choice of keywords you use. General interests, reading, music, art only give a simple assessment where interests like fine art, easy listening music, mystery novels will give someone better insight to what makes you, you. I always wanted to be a physicist. Just out of curiosity, which type of science are you doing? That might also be listed as an interest...biology, particle physics, etc... All in all, I find nothing wrong with you profile and I did have the urge to message you for some idle conversation. You fall outside my own preferences as do I for you. Hopefully, you won't be a stranger to the forums. I hope you find the right person for you, Good Luck |
