and, once again...let me say this again, and i will type[cut&paste]this REALLY slow so that you can understand it!!... and,you think that this justifies shooting somebody in the back while they are running away from you?? well,i think that this plainly shows that you OBVIOUSLY dont know ANYTHING about the law,and what justifies the use of deadly force!!! you seem to be confused, and think that just because it is your own opinion that it is a fact, but you are just openly demonstrating to everyone on this site that reads it that you have absolutely no grasp on reality, and no matter how many times you repeat it,it will not change the fact that shooting somebody in the back while they are running away from you is NOT a justifiable use of deadly force!! i only hope and pray that you do not have access to any weapons, and will immediately seek professional mental help to help you work your way past these delusions!! once again Dave, Im sorry to be rude to you , Im sure you're probably a nice guy but you seem a bit slow or stupid. I gave you my opinion yes, and stated one fact. the one fact is Law abiding citizens dont run from the police. My opinion was those teens were thugs and apparently gang bangers who shot someone earlier. the officers took no chances, now was it excessive force? not up to me to say, given the fact they were involved in a shooting earlier. This is a problem , teen violence and lack of respect for human life. Here is another fact, Ive been to the states probably a 100 or more times, some of the custom agents know me by name, Ive never been to secondary when exiting the plane, and Ive been stopped a total of 3 times when I was driving in America, one in New York, one in Florida and one in California, not one incident. Why am I still here? because Im not a criminal and Im a law abiding citizens Now if Im in the States and I get out and run when the police tell me to stop , Im taking my life in my own hands or am I really stupid? I would expect to cop to either draw his/her gun or taser. But since Ive haven't committed a crime its not going to happen, if I get stop I obey his or her command, its that simple You are not a cop so you dont know what they face on a daily basis, being a monday morning armchair quarterback and say hey he was running away therefore you shouldn't shoot him is stupid, you dont know what officers face in the line of duty. The only comparison is you ride a Harley , I assume its a Hog, and would you wear bikers gang colours while riding your Harley? |

In ATL they have a severe problem with gangs. They have a special force trying to deal with it. The mayor's nephew was killed because of mistaken identity. The head of the task force that deals with it says the parents have no clue what their kids are doing. He says it's ridiculous. This is a result of welfare letting these mom's lay up and breed.

So, "cull the herd" right?
I'm Hermann Wilhelm Göring, and I approved this message. |

You're right that was fu cking rude of me, my apologies. that was uncalled for. No more ad hominem from me on this subject. Back to the topic. Until all the facts comes out about this case, Im going to support the police officer, he was put in a difficult situation of shooting someone involved in another shooting. These thugs dont care about cops lives so I dont blame some of them for being trigger happy. Bottom line is, dont run from the police, or better yet dont commit crimes. |

4 protesters have been arrested. It's sad that they teach their youth to fight the law instead of obeying them.

We have laws also. When the police officer goes in front of a jury. At least one juror will have had problems with a thug who broke into their home or car or car jacked them or shot up their neighborhood. They will side with the police officer. This is why decent parents better be teaching their kids to obey laws instead of running after committing a crime. Protesting only got the idiots arrested.

This is a dangerous attitude because it got that boy killed. He didn't get a chance to play the black card. The people who are most responsible are the ones who taught him to have no respect for the law or police officers. |

People in that community who care about their kids aren't out in the street making a fool of themselves. They are at home with their kids saying look what happened to this thug. Do you want to end up like him? Then telling them to get a summer job or something constructive.

They are telling their kids that the same patience and benefit wont be given them as other kids and they have to therefore be TWICE as good and TWICE as upstanding to be given HALF the chance. |

Maybe you should ask the person he shot? You can't get a gun licens at 17. The world is a better place without that thug. The community should be thanking the police officer. But they are too ghetto to know any better. |

But they are too ghetto to know any better. black card, ghetto, thug ... I feel sorry for you, but Maybe you should stop ASSuming the worst about certain people in certain demographics, we have COURTS so that ASSUmptions can be countered with FACTS .. Police arent meant to be paid executioners before the fact “The Allegheny County Police Department (ACPD) continues to receive inquiries related to reports from police sources that 1) a video of the drive-by shooting in North Braddock shows Antwon Rose firing a gun; and, 2) that gunshot residue has been found on Antwon Rose’s hands. According to Lieutenant Andrew Schurman of the Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit, both reports are false. While ACPD does have a video showing the North Braddock incident, that video does NOT show Antwon Rose firing a gun. The information about gunshot residue is also false. Crime Lab reports are still pending and have not yet been issued. The District Attorney’s office also concurs and affirms the information provided by Lt. Schurman.” https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2018/06/22/police-reviewing-antwon-rose-driveby-video/ |
