You can tell someone what you believe and why you do. That person either will reject, accept or ignore it.

I will tell one argument in favour of that the God exists. Historical argument. There were projects to construct paradise on the Earth: the western and Russian (Soviet) project. Both have failed. The God promises Paradise in that world and does not allow to construct it here. That fact, that people is not able to construct the ideal world on this planet at all to force of their reason and will - the most essential proof of a reality of the God. That doesn't prove that there isn't a God. It just proves that man cannot co-operate on that venture |

How do you proof a belief (regardless of the belief)? Example: I am Christian. I can't prove my belief to others. Posting scriptures won't help. If someone doesn't believe in the Christian God, why would they believe scriptures? On the reverse: can an Atheist prove there is no God? Your thoughts... great ?... I had to laugh at the newest movie about Jesus awhile back ... he was extremely handsome... and believe they did that to attract more women ... did not watch ... I believe your own belief... is what can make you believe ... whether true or not ... but if you believe that is what it may be for you ... nothing wrong with that ... for instants if you believe in heaven after death ... you will go there... always a hope ... but a unknown ... I am more of a spiritual person ... I believe Jesus walked the earth ... and may have been a good man ... and profit ... but to say he was the son of god ... then why can't I believe there are many gods BC ... which I do ... you talk about scriptures ... I sometimes watch the end of times like last night ... to hear what they are preaching ... now do I believe them ... and what they say the scriptures are ... of what may happen to us ... no I do not want to believe their scare tactics ... but if you believe possible in something then that is all well an good ... when u leave your body and take your spirit with you ... and rise back to the universe ... then that is what i believe to be a good feeling ... not a scared one... we evolved as a learning individual... to have our own personal right to believe what is what ... and have always said what some believe is good when they pass... that is good but is their own passage to make... as they may R.I.P ... they have made a machine that will prove & search for god ... always working on it ... personally think ... they should not mess with the universe... becouse is a very strong mechanism that may result in harming the earth atmosphere an alignment... |

Faith or believe are the things we "hope" for and can't proof their existence.
Therefore "believe" can last a lifetime, because we can't proof it. The Christian God is not the God of the bible and therefore, we can read and understand scriptures without theological understanding. |

there are belivers, and there are people who deny. I am living proof that God exist, but it still not good enough evidence for many. Scripture already says there are people who will deny God anyways, so why bother trying to prove God's existance? the kingdom of heaven isn't meant for them

there are belivers, and there are people who deny. I am living proof that God exist, but it still not good enough evidence for many. Scripture already says there are people who will deny God anyways, so why bother trying to prove God's existance? the kingdom of heaven isn't meant for them Some people deny God out of lack of knowledge, and others because of the knowledge which they have of God. When I was a teenager I had a good friend and suddenly one day, I started to talk about religion. He almost immediately said: "at home we don't ever discuss religion". I asked him why not, and he answered: "my father says that religion is NOT for US. I questioned whether his family believed in God, and he answered: "yes we do believe He exist, but the God of the book, is NOT OUR God, and therefore we don't read the book". |
