leave sign saying sorry missed deadline It would be all over the news Yep! The last two rooms that checked in were a man in one and a woman in the other. The man let me help carry his luggage down the path and up the stairs to his room. The woman said, "No thank you, I don't want you to hurt yourself".. referring to the wrist braces I have on both hands. |

Hi Pie, Dub, Stu, Eric, Mr...hope I got everyone.
Hey Pie, I tried to message you, but am apparently not your type. I was going to suggest an exercise my Chiropractor gave me when I was having carpal tunnel problems. It worked great and I’ve never had any more issues. But wait until it’s healed to do them. You take a thin ruberband ( whatever resistance is comfortable) and place it at the ends of your fingers and your thumb. Then just spread your fingers until you feel the resistance and hold for a second or two each time. When you can do 20-30 comfortably, move to thicker rubberbands. Once a day will strengthen up the muscles that cause the problem. Hope you feel better soon. BTW..love your profile! |

Thanks Lars. Power washing it has been a lot of hard work. My arms are so sore, and it’s only half done.

I wouldn't cause any trouble. I only blow up lawnmowers I thought I was the only one who could do that! While it didn’t actually explode, I was told I blew up the motor. |

You must be too young for me I didn't filter out gender in case my lady friends from the forum want to contact me. I adjusted the age just now to include you Thanks for the exercise suggestion, that sounds good. I was going to research some of the PT exercises they use... I'll try the rubber band one first. |
