Yes dub... I got a chance to sleep in today, it was fantastic.

Only had one room last night so they were invited to the other B&B for a hot breakfast. I'll have a full house today but everyone is staying until Friday so I'll get a chance to relax a little this week.

My hands have been in extreme pain, it's been very difficult to type or do anything without them flaring up. I'm going to get them checked out this morning.. my manager told me to go I don't like doctors... they think they know everything

Carpal tunnel syndrome

I have to wear braces and take an anti-inflammatory for 10 days.

Thanks Galaxy, I kind of figured that was what it was. The braces help but make it tough to type, lol. My boss gets it from time to time because he does construction, dry walling and stuff.

It'll get better, I just need to keep the braces on and give it time to heal a bit.

Of course not! This week will be a little easier. The doc has me taking 500mg of that stuff that's in Aleve twice a day and with the braces on, it will heal fine. He didn't restrict my work, I asked and he said just take my meds and wear the braces.

That sounds pretty much German

I sorta cheated over the weekend. I made brownies. lol

Yummy... I was going to make some but my hands have been hurting so much I haven't done anything but what's absolutely necessary.

Thanks everyone, yes the braces help. I couldn't type more than two words this morning without it hurting.

I'm way too stubborn and if my boss hadn't pushed me so hard, I wouldn't have gone to the doc's. But I'm glad I did. I have a really high pain threshold so when I hurt so much I'm crying, I guess it's time to get things checked out.

Please don't be stubborn when it comes to health matters. I know what I am talking about

I'm just not one to run to the doctor with every little ache and pain larsi. When it gets to be unbearable, I know it's time to get find out what's going on. And so long as I can do the work, there's no need to take the day off.

I didn't want to interfere in your decisions
