Can I ask you a few questions if you have permission? Thanks... I'm not scared of it and I know it will heal. It will heal faster if I take good care of it. I'm taking Naproxen (500mg twice daily), it's not too bad, but bad enough to cause a lot of pain. |

Carpal tunnel can be cured by Yoga therap, seen a presentation online! Many spend. A large amount of money on Dr care including surgery. I was amazed at a man speaking from his own experience with this condition. Not sure if Yoga works but it can be costly too, for a Therapist. Once I get the inflammation down and a little more under control, I'll be moving toward more holistic solutions. I don't see it getting to the point of needing long term care with a doctor or surgery. |

The two of them together. /// my annual 30 day leave will be. if you do not use it the next year will be 60 days. I have my 54 day leave for 2018 (ie you receive your salary). /// and 1 + 1 year without pay (ie no salary here). |

We used to lose it if we didn't use in that year... worked for local government 23 years. |
