No we all do not do that. You Christians are required to go out and proselytize. That is the problem. We only work against you. A damn that has to be put up to stop the flood

I was taught that Angels always were and always will be. They are finite and no one who lives on earth will become an Angel. Why God, the father, is the "Chief" of all Angels and how he got to be the Highest is what I wonder. So, God did not create Satan, a fallen Angel. What do you think about this? God is not an angel, he is a GOD, the one TRUE GOD. Satan was created by God. Satan was second to God until he tried to overthrow God, that's when God banned Satan from heaven, sending him to earth. Angels are spirits that help carry out Gods will. Demons are angels who chose to follow Satan and help Satan carry out his plan. |

A damn that has to be put up to stop the flood So you are only here to prevent others from becoming Christians? This opinion that I hear so much, that people need protected from Christian beliefs...that's interesting. Of course, the assumption by a Christian might be that Satan is trying to protect his own. Whatever the assumption, the question is out there "What is so terrifying about Christian beliefs that you feel you have to come into these forums and bait / troll Christians? What do you think will happen if someone comes here to actually (gasp!) learn about Christianity?" |

I'll just give one huge one that alone makes Christianity too scary to have around. They feel a need to fight against proven scientific information. This cost our country millions of dollars to fight against. Probably puts our kids in a backward position when it comes to learning science. Opens our kids up to the idea that maybe it is good to be stupid. After all God does not like men who think with there brain he likes the ones who think with there heart. Guess what Christians wrong on science again you cannot think with your heart it pumps blood. This is just one of the little things that Christianity does every day. Don't get me started on the very dangerous idea of non protected sex in this era of aids. |

You're right Donnar(I think is the name that started this post..If I am wrong I apologize)..but yes you are right..angels have never lived therefore never died..they were created to aide/comfort humans when the need arises. Each person has angels and they do stay with you throughout your life.

Don't get me started on the very dangerous idea of non protected sex in this era of aids. Intelligent Design is an attempt to place the facts into a different focus. The majority of the Theory of Evolution is assumption and make belief. "Let's pretend this skeleton had children while it was alive and let's pretend that the children were different from the parent". There is NO proof of Evolution, therefore saying "let's look at this evidence a little differently" isn't a bad thing. It's how science works. Unprotected sex? Are you talking about Catholics? That's in marriage. Christians shouldn't have sex before marriage, in that case, STDs becomes extremely unlikely. |

To have faith to believe that it can be known that angels exist requires some coherent revelation to be understood in order to logically and reasonably grasp your concept of angels.
You submit that angels are created finite beings. I agree. You submit the hypothetical that God is the Highest of angels. I disagree. If angels are created, as you submit, then there must exist a creator of angels. If there exists a creator, then even the highest angel is subjective to the will of the creator. This suggests subjugation. A heirarchy is then necessary. The creator cannot be the creation. Therefore, God is not the highest angel, but rather the Supreme Commander of angels. I hope that helps you understand your question better. |

LOL my name is not Art. My points come off like art maybe. No this is definitely a place to discuss the aspects of religion both good and bad. I don't just think that Christianity is bad I think that all religions that hold back the pace of mankind, that do harm to society with their close minded philosophies and habit of putting people down. I feel it is my responsibility to be here for my brothers and sisters. If just one person steps into the light of reason from what I type in these posts then it will all be worth it. Ill be thinking for you Thanks for the offer, but I believe that I'll continue to think for myself. However, while you are attempting to think for me, I will pray for you. It seems you have had ample information to choose or not choose to accept that God is real, and you choose instead to argue and debate. I refuse to do either. I will leave you with one final thought that I feel is especially relevant to your situation: "There is none so blind, as he who WILL NOT see." Merry Christmas. |

I don't know if it is an oddity of this web sight or why, but I have never had so many quotes thrown at me that I thought really applied perfectly to the person using it. Feral is a master at that you two should make a club. Ill be thinking for you. |
