Seriously now, I feel SANE TODAY
I must GO with " Tom4Uhere " comment..NO DOUBT fits my believe also. I COULD BE WRONG, but I CAN LIVE WITH IT. QUOTE" Age is a factor. What is important is how much you allow those factors determine your compatibility. " UNQUOTE: And that's the way it is for/with some.. |

I don't think so. Age should never be a barrier. It is a barrier...if too young, things can get out of hand...if too old then just settle for the coffee and cream....if in the range of 40's to 60's then somehow you can expect some level of maturity that life has taught them and therefore can handle relationships better than other age groups.... |

Yes you are right

Your only as young as you feel. I prefer to date guys close to my age but it's all about common interests to me.

You can tell who the young ones are. |

I don't think so. Age should never be a barrier. yes.. it matters.. the older one dies first... and you have to bury them.. it sucks.. so, avoid this... o.k. not necessarily. Sometimes the younger one dies first by falling down the stairs while stabbing himself several times after drinking poison. The police will rule this as accidental death. |

Finally age does matters.....

difference of age means difference of thoughts. so i will say that age will matter and surely matter.....

age is a big deal. I'm a family person. an was raised a certain way. no offense but I couldn't date someone twice my age. just because of all the differences. what we've been through in life. everything. now when your 18 an she's 46 that's wrong or even 36 you got yourself a baby. you ruined his life. now he doesn't know how to even have a real relationship because you took care of him like one of your children because you probably have a child that age

I consider large age gaps in the same vein as other relationships with special challenges , such as long distance relationships or blended families etc. Its super difficult and in many cases will fail in the long term, but there are exceptions to the rule who really make it work. It helps alot if both parties are practical about the challenges they will face so that they don't get easily easily overwhelmed, but to be fair, it helps if you have that approach towards any romantic relationship.

Age does matters. Maybe the ideal qoute goes like this :"Age doesn't matter if two hearts are inlove with each other". That might be right but somehow we must be realistic. People's eyes are too judgmental and let's face it. But I do admire those couples who have age gaps but their relationship is still getting stronger.

Most say it does not. But if you break it down most are not exactly lookong for love. Guys 20 -60 looking for fun and pleasure. 60 and up just looking to wake up the next morning. Gals 20 - 25 looking for fun and pleasure. 25 - 30 looking for guy to take care of them and their kids. Or looking for guy to marry and start family. 30 - 45 looking for new guy more settled. 45 - 65 looking for fun and pleasure. 65 and up tired of takeing care of guys. My observations in life. |

Well I think age does not matter at 19 I married a 36 year old man who is my best friend to this day.
At 25 I married a man 43, not as close as we once were but marriage lasted 14 years. (18 years my senior) It is not unheard of that you can find love with someone older or younger and have a lasting relationship. I find age is a number. Just because there is a difference in years does not mean you can't communicate or have chemistry, things in common, and fall in love. I am a walking living breathing example. It happens everyday. |

The President of the United States is aged 70 and his wife is 46 years old, and they have been married for well over 10 years, age difference doesn't matter to some in order to have a successful relationship, and they clearly see more in each other than just how old they are. Long term relationships, marriages, are not entered in to lightly and most people know what they are looking for, if age difference matters to you then better to date within an age range you feel comfortable with in my opinion. |
