lets take your scenario of the Mexican who left his family behind and moved here legally, then he sends for his family. The guy had a green card. Did the rest of his family have a green card? Are they legal citizens? Because your post would have one believe they are NOT legal citizens of the U.S., just a family that A citizen wants to bring with him.

In that case the boarder guards have every right to refuse entry.

Ok I have been reading this whole thing. My question is....how can anyone really know of illegal immigration is rising or declining? If people (if a legit poll) are counting all illegals, then they know the illegals and should send them back. Otherwise, if we are going by the "captured", how many are not known? Any poll is ridiculous. The ones causing panic seem to be the ones thinking it's everyone. It isn't. It's about ILLEGALS. Big difference. People are causing panic saying it illegals, then this or that (that are legal). Why is Canada brought i to it? US and Canada doesn't have the immigration issue as US and Mexico. Hell I am sure the European countries don't get it either

the census is an anonymous undertaking, it doesnt provide personal information or address,, etc,, it is just a count

the information is provided in the link,,,,they have a number of who is here legally(from documents) and they merely subtract the total immigrant count from that to get who is not here legally

The census is inaccurate. Illegals don't want to be know. Whether the polls say illegals are increasing or decreasing...the polls aren't valid

Do those polls take account of those here sneaking through or smuggling others? No

Those polls are useless on both sides of the issue

the census does not ask for legal status or take names,, so the concern is minimal

just race and ethnicity, and it cannot be tied to any individual or home specifically as it is ANYONYMOUS in nature


so, it cant be 100% accurate anymore than any polls

but the census is as accurate as any other poll we cite in these threads

latest comprehensive number provided by the bureau of justice in the year
ending 2013..... report 90,000 persons, in total, incarcerated in federal and state
prison systems of america...this includes all immigrants (legal & illegal)
and also does not differentiate between mexicans and any other group of
immigrants....

so the hundreds of thousands of criminals flooding across the border that
Trump is protecting us from, only exist in his world of alternative facts...

dont forget we also have local jails which can be figured in and there are seperate numbers for people incarcerated and NUMBER of incarcerations(multiple incarcerations per person)

local jails can pick you up for driving too fast or any number of menial offenses

but the heart of it is it is not backed by data that there is this sudden and urgent THREAT that is being caused,,,,

Well, I don't know very much how the statistics are done illegals vs legal citizens. maybe we will never know. or maybe they do a U.S. Census type of data. the fact is numbers are a factor.

Regardless of what census is taken....there is an entire set of people living here (under the radar), coyotes smuggling people, sex traffickers, etc....that have never been caught! Again...any census is useless because of these factors. No one really knows if illegal immigrantion has risen or declined. No way to know
