It can be like that thing you misplaced, you look everywhere, turn the house upside down looking for it, and then when you stop looking there it is. I think finding the right someone can be the same, when you stop searching everywhere for them, they just seem to turn up out of the blue. Welcome to Mingle2 and good luck in your search |

ha ha ha, u r absolutely right. It is hard to get right person. Whom I thought right person, my soulmate, turned wrong.I am emotional and she hurt me ad torchered me. My sin is that I loved her and married her.And thought her my half, but she never understood and obeyed to 3rd party and not me. She screwed my life and then after getting nothing, left home as a thief and never communicate since year. though now her parents are planning against me. My sin is why I loved her. It happens dear ,life is not so easy but keep faith in God. Insha Allah u will get ur soulmate very soon and u need to be polite and giving him space to know u..Pray for me also...bye..

I make a good living not a millionaire, try to stay fit but not an Olympian, have a degree but am not an expert in my field. I am just "normal/average" and I find it so hard to find that right person to spend the rest of my life with. With so many people and cultures in the Bay Area, why is it so difficult to find the bagel to my coffee? I think in order for anyone to "Find the One" they have to know themselves and what they desire in another. Once those desires are identified they need to remove the criteria of social acceptance and seek for a personal connection. They need to be aware that it is extremely unlikely that a person exists that exactly matches every expectation. When the criteria for that exact match is established a second list of acceptable, but not exact, traits needs to be worked out. I can tolerate low income if he looks like Adonis. I can tolerate poor health if he has high income. I can tolerate low activity levels if he makes me laugh. People tend to approach new people in their lives because they find that person physically attractive in some way. The person they are not physically attracted to may be a wonderful person with many matches but never approached. Not many have repulsive looking friends. Acquaintances perhaps but not friends. There are special circumstances where friendship is possible due to personality but the initial introduction is usually by someone else. Know yourself and what you really want. Know what you can settle for. Set a limit. Good luck, I hope you find someone special and never find yourself looking again. |

With so many people and cultures in the Bay Area, why is it so difficult to find the bagel to my coffee? I have the answer to that adult petition of 'finding the right person' you make; however I must speak to you as a child which is beyond the means of the PG 13 rating of this forum. Please follow the rules like everyone else does so happy peace on earth is manifest. http://mingle2.com/topic/show/249134 |

I have found when I was looking there was nothing out there. When I quit looking and decided to just enjoy life was when I was gobsmacked... |

I have to agree with 30Sweetgsl. Even as a man, it is hard to find someone with whom you are compatible and who shares your same desires and feelings. I live in Central Texas and while there are a lot of single women (divorced and widowed), a lot have experienced bad relationships/marriages and don't trust good men.

Because it hasn't happened yet To make anything happen requires effort If you just wait for it to happen your attitude will dictate how difficult the wait is. Whats the best way to make it happen??????? Geez I don't know ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
