Maybe those opposed should step up. Let them get released and stay at your house. having someone that is potentially dangerous stay with my kids is stupid having someone that is potentically a danger kept from society in a facility DESIGNED to maintain and keep watch over them is not you don't " watch over" garbage.. you throw it out that makes sense for supporters,, to each their own I don't consider any human life to be merely 'garbage' |

Maybe those opposed should step up. Let them get released and stay at your house. Proved y having someone that is potentially dangerous stay with my kids is stupid having someone that is potentically a danger kept from society in a facility DESIGNED to maintain and keep watch over them is not Proved my point to me |

what point?
should we stop funding centers for disease and ask people to take contagious people into their homes instead? someone being a 'potential' danger, doesn't justify snuffing out their life,, TO ME it also makes little sense to have people pay more for what they support if its something that will benefit ALL equally |

My point is that tax payers are paying for those we think deserve the death penalty. Those that oppose it....yake them into your house and pay fo r them. Don't impose it on others that believe hidious crimes (after appeals are exhausted) should pay, as they know the penalty
People need to put up or shut up IMO |

Potential, disease control...everything else isn't what I am talking about. Do not twist it |

Don't impose it on others that believe hidious crimes (after appeals are exhausted) should pay, as they know the penalty People need to put up or shut up IMO thats not how it works though taxpayers think many different things,, but are taxed alike, kind of like it doesnt just rain on people who enjoy water that comes with being a part of a society, community, or culture,,, things need to be paid for and not everyone will agree on what things they should be,, anything taxes pay for has some that support and some that dont, but at the end whatever benefits arise from them are shared by ALL,, so all pay to try to divvy up tax based upon subjective personal support is illogical and unreasonable,,, why not ask people who dont think the sick should die off to just take them in their homes although they may have NO Training in helping the sick or ask people who dont think seniors should be left to die to just take them in their homes although they may have NO training in helping the elderly in a 'civilized' society , there is a singular pot that is contributed to based upon wanting to remain a part of civilized society, not based upon subjective and personal preferences for where the money will be spent,,, |

Why put it off? Its not like there is a shortage of thugs living " long term" in the prisons... more arrive every day. Why clog up the bed space? you want to kill?.. or commit a horrendous crime against people. you knew the rules before you did it.. you planned it out.. had time to think.. and still did it. So, Bye Bye.. enjoy that last meal.. eat up!.. its on us :) |

indisputable heinous crimes, doesn't necessarily need to have a death involved either, in my book. They've lost the right to live amongst us and since perpetual incarceration IS torture.
There's a humane way of harvesting the organs, It's a win win, I'm not religious but this makes sense Samuel L Jackson: The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. |

I am in favor of the death penalty being used sparingly.
