I wish that I was one of this website's many members who live south of the Equator.
They are about to experience the beginning of summer. |

It's not too bad getting a couple of snowstorms in the winter, if only I had a strong, sexy man to snuggle up with.

Drove 30 miles in 6" of wet slushy snow last night. 40+ MPH winds would cause total whiteout conditions. Had to dodge spun out cars and downed trees. Could only guess where the road was and if you stopped you might not be able to get going again. This was only the first snow we've had. I could really do without the snow and cold but I'm not ready to pack up and move either.

In In Fl. now but being from Jersey, I had my share of the snow and freezing cold weather. I still have my house there on the ocean and the combo of the wind coming off of the ocean and the snow made for some big storms. Those I could tolerate. But the ice storms... those were a different story.
everything incased in a few inches of ice.. your house, the car, the tress, telephone pole down because of the weight.. everything!. I hated that. |

With all the cold and snow in the forecast are you ready for winter after such a great fall? Heaters unpacked a dust burned off the coils. Coates found and strategically placed. As for snow.. No way keep it up there.. 15 years ago when I priced snow chains (mud chains as they list them here) the guys at the parts stores looked at me crosseyed. Lol. Not to mention all the cars in the ditch as I drive by.. Plus it means it's freaking cold.. My tattoo hurts and all the idiotic things I did as a kid start hurting all so. |
