First -- I'd have to wait until I got out of the hospital as I've never won anything Second -- show up at work in a limo, with a gold watch for my boss and a check for $1 million (he's a great guy) and tell him I quit Third -- buy a house with a lot of land; and invite friends who are less fortunate than me to live there rent free Fourth -- set-up trust funds for my nieces and nephews Fifth -- sit back, relax and never have to worry about pay check to pay check again as I'll be able to take care of those who helped me get where I am today.

I'd give back to a couple charities who have helped my family out in the past...I'd share with my children, siblings and parents. Hopefully I'd have a bit left over to build a comfy home on some acerage and be on the same property as my horses are again. Would also love to do some traveling with my cameras!

buy a house on a nice chunk of land with a BIG garage... give some money to my friends/family have a church built for a congregation who can't yet afford it open a restaurant or two invest some buy real-estate and rent it out buy a few cars I like throw the rest in the bank and let it collect interest.
