Oh, I think most women are very much into romance, but the right kind of it. When it is genuine, and not like "Oh, it's time to buy the missus some roses again. Haven't done that for a month."
So really the "I want to please my woman!" thing, that comes natural to an empowered man. Not the "I have to do something for my woman to keep her happy." Women would like it to come from a masculine energy man. So a stable, strong man, he can even be a tad dominant without taking away from the woman's own 'authority' in life. That strong, confident, decisive type of guy. We just don't like wimps or bitter, angry men that still latch on to things that happened in the past. And no, you don't have to look like Adonis. It's about this thing you exude. An aura of confidence and strength. If you can be anything like that, we all will love romance too! It would allow us to be all soft and totally woman, cos we can trust you can and will hold the fort. |

Not particularly. And all these dudes wanna talk about these days is "feelings". that's what they have been told to do......its really not so much for him to talk about his feelings ....he needs to just listen to her feelings and shut up......men get into this thing where they hear this voice in there head that that keeps saying ''GET TO THE POINT'' ..... |

I am an incurable romantic. Even at this point in my life, I believe I still have a soulmate out there looking for me. If he doesn't find me soon, I might just go look for him... he might be stuck on a tree somewhere.

Newbie here who would like to pop off a couple lines on this topic.
I think "romantic" can be defined in several different ways and the best definition is by the individual - what "romance" means to them. Some men think romance is giving gifts, while some women think getting gifts is romantic; some think opening doors and pulling out chairs are romantic; some believe a weekly date is romantic; some think romance is a spontaneous thing where it just happens in the moment. To me a smile and a wink is romantic. Or a spontaneous light kiss is romantic. A simple hug can be romantic. I think appreciating the small things two people do together can be the most romantic. For me, flowers and dates don't always convey as much as a smile does. And a sincere smile is never wrong. |
