I've lost 30 pounds with Alli. I love it! It keeps you honest, which is what I needed. I still need to lose more, its hard at holiday time. Its a struggle every day. I am trying to incorporate more exercise. Again, difficult...its cold in the northeast. Alli works. No nervousness, dizziness, etc. When taken properly, and eating as you should, you can lose 50% more than what you would lose with dieting alone. You have to eat fat to lose fat!

Ok so what are we gonna do with all this good food coming our way with the holidays.
I'm gonna use a small plate like the size of a saucer for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and try to have only a little of the things I like. How will you get through this tough time??? |

i've taken off 30 with walking everyday and chugging the water down. i also have a good website i go to every day for support and a positive boost.

I have shed unbelievable amounts of weight since this past summer
but I was sick for about two years with those pesky female problems and I had ballooned up to a top weight and after surgery I became alive again My appetite completely changed I have to remind my self to eat something I work in restaurant so when you are smelling foods all day your mind thinks it has already eaten. I know I will continue to melt until I get to when my natural body weight feels it should be. I always work jobs that keep me going for longs hours and thats a plus for me keeping busy too I have not felt like this in over 15 years. Getting out of my marriage has helped too |

heres what i have learned... just a few notes... for other researchers...
1) the hidden stuff in the foods and drinks , even store water... "ASPARTAME" .... " toxic stuff " linked to 92 systoms alone. This is in anything with word "diet" on it. This has many AKA names so learn about this one, it's hidden in many products. do a google search. 2) the fats that kill, and fats the heal... do a google search. 3) the simple surgars thats not good for you, complex surgars is what your body needs. do a google search. 4) the simple way to balance your bodys PH. do a google search. about everything you eat or drink is acid' forming... Where does your body get the raw substance to balance it? even plane water is ph is 6.7ph , yes you can get higher ph water... do a google search. 5) the main system that keeps your body running is the GI track... along with other things'... im just keeping this in a narrow point... food you eat / needs to be broken down to be used as fuel for the body ... what does this? the friendys'... aka / bio flora ...enzymes, "acidophilus" do a google search. 6) the water you drink is toxic'... over 250 toxic's in your water and is not balanced PH . learn to make your own pure water and PH balanced. do a google search. 7) the butter problem'... and/or anything that is hydrogenated oils. do a google search. 8) the fast and easy way of cooking "micowaving" foods... not good for you. do a google search. 9) the cooking ware "aluminum cookware" linked to health issues. do a google search. 10) salt vs. sea salt . do a google search. 11) the bleached breads / and bleached flour used in foods. and the " alloxan " in it . do a google search. 12) the "thyroid gland "and iodine do a google search. 13) this list could become large, for now i am just helping point out the problems thats holding most back from better health... aswell as to lose weight... I could share more insight here if anyone wants to know more... by no means is this to upset anyone'... am just posting to help. |
