watchin the news and it is just amazing how many people are bein displaced, and the thousands of hectares of land this fire is consuming.!!!

but really, everyone will be fine. Only two casualties. Most injuries result from people being stupid and not evacuating when they're told to (which means firefighters have to spend time rescuing them instead of fighting the fires).

One of my best friends lives in Cali, not far from where the fires are. He's been tracking them and I haven't heard from him in 24 hours which really worries me. I usually hear from him EVERY DAY. I pray that they get these things under control very soon.
