I don`t understand, why any gal I meet ask me for the worth of my property? Whats the story behind that?

I think you are bumping into wrong guys. Guys who don`t understand online dating or have lost confidence. There are so many scammers here on that if you find a real person they demands or ask such stuff. Really hard to find a match

How exactly are they asking for the worth of your property?
I mean sometimes someone will ask something like "do you own your own house?" because they want to know if you live with your parents.
Sometimes they want to know your net worth.
Sometimes they want to know how ambitious you are.
Sometimes they just want to talk about themselves owning their own house but have to ask you first so they don't appear to be showing off or wanting to talk about themselves.
Sometimes they work for a mortgage company or in finance and that's just how they see the world. They'll ask what you have, and how much you paid for it.

Sometimes they want to do all the preceding.

Sometimes they are simply scammers trying to determine if you are worth pursuing.

Some websites are far more notorious for having a disproportionate population of scammers than others.

It's fairly simple, if you don't want them to know, stop telling them what you have. Even the dumbest person in the world would know this. Then you know what not to do next time.

hmmmmm..sometimes they want to know
1. is that sports car you are posing in yours or your neighbors?
2. that house you are standing in front of..do you live there or does it belong to your sister?
3. you own that bike? or you in the lot that sells them?
4. how come you took that pic of yourself in a public toilet? don't you have indoor plumbing at home?
5 are you gainfully employed or living off the state or your retirement?
6. that is a lovely orange shirt you are wearing are you a convict?

how do they know you have property?

Well it is the place where I stay. There no tenants only owners live. May be that is the problem

I feel these are still fine but value of property is something which will surprise most of the guys.
