Still haven't got a suitcase, I will hopefully know tomrw if I can indeed borrow one, otherwise I will buy one on Monday. Prepping the house so my son and his girl can 'move in'. You know, getting my stuff out of the bathroom, doing some cleaning, that sort of thing. Tomorrow I'll have another crazy day ... got to go to a meeting concerning our King's Day gig (basically dividing the songs over the approx 16 singers, and I do not want to miss out!). Get 4 weeks of cat food and litter stuff in before I go, and oh my god ... LOL I feel like a chicken without a head at times

I guess I needed it after my long long journey home! bummer is that it's gone 3 pm now and I still gotta get dressed and go out to get some shopping in. Fridge is bare to say the least ... |

In pain ... my back just gave in ... couldn't get my back straight, couldn't sit down, just hold myself up by my arms on my desk.
Wow ... That's really how I want to spend the evening! Phoned the doctor that's on call at night, took forever for her to come over, together with a big bloke from ambulance service. Prolly anticipated they'd have to lift me off the floor or something. Or maybe doctors aren't allowed to go places at night on their own, safety thing. Anyway, got a shot in my bum, strong painkiller, and more painkilling pills for tonight. She told me I prolly won't be able to get out of bed right away in the morning without taking painkillers first. Wonderful! Ain't it grand to be alone! |
