Not really weird. When chat rooms were the norm they were mostly filled by women during the afternoon. Lots of people have to/want to do that, though, date during the day. People that work second shift and overnights. Old people that can't see to drive at night. Married people. People that work odd weeks, like 12-48 hours at a time then have a block of days off and want something to do during the day. Vampirephobics. Other single parents. Self employed unemployed people. Weresheep that turn when the crescent moon is waning but are human by day. |

Well if they are working 2nd or 3rd shift maybe not.But to say never in the evening yeah that sounds kind of weird to me. Can you not get a sitter sometimes... I have to ask and I don't mean to be mean or anything but what are you going to do if you find the right one tell them they can only be with you during the weekdays during school hours..What happens to weekends, holidays, or that nighttime activities like star gazing with the one you love? Just asking.. |

I understand what you are saying
it is often difficult to find a good babysitter do you have family that you trust? or a friend that knows someone? you may end up dating a man with kids also and you guys can do a all together night once in awhile? |

Vampirephobics. Yeah... these ones really put a damper on MY dating life... |

If you can't swing a evening or night thing, maybe start with a lunch date. Its not ideal but they work.
After maybe a few of those, if you click you will find a way to meet. |

From what I've seen in most dating sites,a lot of people are going to assume that you are never available at night, because you have to show up to dinner with your husband. That's the main problem.
At least, I know that if a GUY says he only dates during the day, at least a dozen women would pile on saying he's married and cheating. But in general, I wouldn't use "weird" to describe it. "Frustrating" and "Challenging" come to mind. |

Haven't had the experience of a date, 'yet'. However, I didn't know ( and still don't) that 'dating' is related to 'time of day/night'. Dating & Clock - Do they have to be necessarily connected? |

No I don't think it's weird. If you're okay with negotiating a meeting time with him, then that's just how it is. Just as long as your personal life doesn't clash with your working hours.

Well, more of an effort ... the suggested lunch meet and greet and dates would make a good start.
And maybe you'd meet a nice single dad who would understand you can't easily date during the evenings. But I think if you'd see someone for let's say the 3rd or 4th time, an evening date would be in order. So if you find someone that makes it that far, think about how you can solve that. A sitter, a friend, family. Maybe the kids are at their dad's every other weekend. If you want to be able to date seriously, and eventually find new love, you will have to find some way of catering for that. But first meet and greets could easily be done during lunch hours. I hardly ever have first meet & greets during the evening. Not dinner either, just a cup of coffee. |

I have to say something. Some people in the forums seem to present a never ending saga of personal life issues. Now, I recall you saying on one of your threads that you liked women now. Is this still true? I see people assuming on your thread that you want to meet men. What is your stance on that now?
