I hate being judge by people that don't even know me....

Get used to it. The world is full of judges and prosecutors. Defence lawyers have no time to waste

How do you know they are judging you?

Old saying that "You would be surprised how often people are not thinking about you." and I think sometimes folks are jumping to conclusions that just are not true; especially about themselves.

Sometimes we are our own worst critic.

I've come to find out that I don't really care how people that don't even know me judge me, unless I need a job from them.

BTW, I'd be worrying a lot more, if people I knew, were judging me. These people don't know you. So why even worry about what they think of you? At the end of the day, it's not like you hang out with them. They're just passers-by. Strangers are strangers.

I don't mind people judging me. What do I care?

Even if I do care, is that going to stop them from making a determination about me?

And what about the people you don't know who judge you and deem you attractive, friendly, and someone they would like to know?

This reminds me of something a good friend told me years.

What you think of me is none of my business...

That took me a while to get and put into action in my own life.

You may be judging yourself way harder than anyone else is and if I say if people are judging you without knowing you.. Who cares you will never meet them, they will have no impact on your life.

If you waste energy hating people who don't like you , judge you, make you feel small you are GIVING them something they can not take. They can try to get you but you have to LET them get you. Give them the same nothing they give you. Yea it takes practice to cultivate a mind set that some people are just not worth acknowledging exist by not giving them any kind of feeling but you can do it. I don't even see it is judging them but rather "Facing Facts" that they have not earned the right to have any emotion from you if they are "hateful".

All that said if someone who clearly does have your best interest in judging you about what you are doing then maybe you want to take a heads up. Not always is someone telling you not to do something or to change is being against you. Sometimes they are trying to keep you from falling on your own sword because they love you and want you to have and easier life.

Some people may not love you like a best friend or family but if they are taking the time to tell you that you need to do something then be "grateful not hateful" .
