naw...that's just mah tummy. i forgot to eat yet. Well, that ain't real smart then, is it! I had an early tea today. Had planned to go to this kind of happy hour thing in a local pub/restaurant, and that starts at 16.00, so I made my dinner early. I can't go without food for any length of time around dinner time, and I had planned to be there round 5. But in the end decided to sod it and stay home. Going to this dance party tomorrow. I'm saving me energy lol |

i can go without it with no adverse effects, though i know it's not the best way to diet. so, i had a liddle nibble.

That the pain is bad enough to drive the 130 miles to see the doc. Oh, joy! At another day in Hell-A.
That my shortened temper might get someone else hurt. That I'm delusional and psychotic with very low tolerance for the stupidity that I'm about to encounter. |

It's usually the liddle nibbles that erm .. grow feathers  Best to eat healthy, not cut back, as this makes your body hold on to as much feathers as it can... Drink lots, water of course. And lots and lots of (fresh) greens, fruit ...
But of course you know all that already...

well, whatever i'm doing, it's working...
good reminding by good reminderers is good too. lawd knows everyone appreciates nice strong feathers. and, good liddle nibblers. who, i say who doesn't appreciate a good, tasty, snack? WHO???

That I haven't heard from the garage yet. Getting a tad nervous about it all now...
It's getting maintenance for the first time in yonks, and probably a piece of the exhaust replaced. I got a car from the garage, used it this afternoon to go into town. Always like that car, has some serious b0||0x in it! Accelerates like a dream. But now I'm fed up with it, wanna know how much my car repair etc. is going to set me back... I do assume it's still alive, otherwise they would've phoned earlier to tell me it's pointless, but still... |
