The windows still are NOT done.

I love it... I work out 5 days a week..
boot camp workout 3x a week and strength training 2x a week with treadmill cardio... Tho to be really honest it took me about 6 months before I got to where I enjoyed it.. |

Will be glad when I can work back up to a real work out. Now just keeping up with chores and garden is a lot for me. Still 2015 looks like and 100% improvement over 2014.

Update:
Just weed whacked the front 1/4, still got the back 1/4 to do. Got the frame done, looks great. Time for a brew and then finish boards. |

I recently received a scholarship to the health park where I live. I went thru some severe depression and I quit taking care of myself years back. I got to the point where I thought I was too far gone to be helped. I've passed through those down times and I know better now. The coolest part about this gym other than being free is it offers CHILD CARE!

My gym offers that for the elite program, I see a lot of parents bring their kids in.. Our daycare closes for 1.5 hours during the daytime hours..is when I hit the machines...that is when the stair climbers are available... congratulations start slow and before you know it you will love the results |

So proud of you baby girl; just don't forget that it's not a women's exterior that makes the real person; but who she truly is on the inside! Women with extreme good looks and body focused are usually self-centered to the extreme and really do not have very much of importance to offer to anyone! Love you!

Thank you! The way I look doesn't bother me. (Some really like it ;-) ) I want to be healthy for myself and my growing family. I want to live life to the fullest. I deserve that so does my family. |

Thank you! The way I look doesn't bother me. (Some really like it ;-) ) I want to be healthy for myself and my growing family. I want to live life to the fullest. I deserve that so does my family. Great outlook on life. that is exactly why I joined the gym to get healthy and stay that way..I have no desire to be this buff old woman  Just fit and healthy
