Gym update..hmm.. its called working hard all day... I would love to charge people.... have them pay me to keep in shape. and lose weight..lol... ....no.. you don't need an expensive workout outfit.... just some steel toed boots and gloves.... chop chop that sledgehammers not going to swing itself...lmao

As far as generalisations go .. In my opinion It is one thing to attempt to build up someone's self esteem .. It is entirely another to demean someone else in the process . It is possible for beautiful people with beautiful bodies and looks to have beautiful inner qualities too . Why must it be one or the other . Is it not possible to build up someone's self worth by focusing on their qualities without comparing to others You know what I mean? High five

Did my typical home workout. Half an hour on the elliptical and then some nautilus weights. After dinner a few push ups and as many sit ups as this old body can handle.
