In same sex marriage,what determines who is to be the "husband" or the "wife" Just curious and sincerely want to know, Article 4, section 6, paragraph 2 of Obamacare. Purely for insurance purposes. Other than that you should really define what you mean by "husband" and what you mean by "wife."
