Woman gives birth to man. She nurtures him. Being a tiny piece of woman, when he is just capable of walking and talking. If he disrespects, misbehaves, ill-treats and abuses women what he should be called? A spoiled brat ? Your valuable views pl.

Mother's & Father's should let go of their grown children & let them live & make their own decisions & mistakes & learn from them. And not have any say. If a man disrespects or mistreats a woman, then he was raised badly. If an adult child does not obey their parents, this is not disrespect, it is being an adult.. Separate from the parents.

Don't know if this was meant as an overall statement/question or not.. If so, it's kind of like the chicken and egg discussion. If not... giving birth doesn't mean you get to totally define the being that you gave birth to. I've given birth to, and raised, myself a fine boy, now a young man. He'd never abuse or disrespect woman. To be honest, I don't think any of his mates would either. And none of them were typical goody-two-shoes. Talking age group 22-25 ish. Most young people are new-age children, highly sensitive, and have very different views about life the universe and everything. When they got their own chit sussed, they're generally speaking very good, respectful people. I love that generation!

spose it would depend quite a bit on your culture, wouldn't it istay? Here in the US I would think inconsistent parenting could contribute.

There may be any causes of that- upbringing, social, administrative, religious... But a cause should not necessarily generate an effect. misbehaviour etc to women may differ place to place. As far as US is concerned, I don't have exact figures but crimes against women is very high. Crystal- no need to cry pl.

As soon as he starts exhibiting consistent behavior he will fall into some labeled category. Spoiled brat. Disrespectful. Momma's boy. Normal. Abnormal. Mean. Douche. A-hole. Dog. Pyromaniac. Whatever. Labels are just shortcuts for perceived or expected behavior. I mostly wanted to respond to this: A boy asked his mom: "How will I find the right woman for me?" The mom answered: "Don't worry about finding the right woman, concentrate on becoming the right man." I just thought it was hilarious. "Don't worry about finding someone compatible, of making good decisions for your self and having good judgment, make sure you can change into the person any woman wants you to be."

Since you bring up crime rates for the u.s., did you know that your country has its own issues, as the rape capitol of the world?
