My Inbox shows a message received but I am unable to find any message.

This often happens when an account is deactivated mid email-send.

That just does not make sense to me....why send a message and deactivate at the same time. However, I will take your word for it.

I see that you are strictly using the mobile site, SassyEuro. Are you mistaking a nudge for a mail, perhaps? On the mobile tab, nudges and mails are lumped into the same number.
