Thank you. When one runs low on Mutual Match candidates, the automatic expanding of the search is intended. Not sure why it decreases the radius, though, instead of increasing it and the age range change does seem extreme. There may be a bug at work here and I will investigate it.

Thanks for the posts, guys. It appears that both of you are using our app, so please let us know if you have an iOS device or an Android device.

EDIT:
We have tested the apps and it seems it is happening on the Android app. We are working on the fix.

Thanks for your patience, shabera. Please use the Contact Us form under settings (unless you use the full site where it's at the bottom of any page) and send a help ticket into "billing". You will get any premium time that you paid for.
